Tracy Collins

Tracy Collins serves as the Director of Operations for Social and Economic Mobility Programs at Community Action, supporting programs and staff across Aroostook, Washington, and Hancock Counties. Tracy began her Community Action career in 2018 as a Family Advocate and has since held several leadership roles supporting families, staff, and programs throughout the region. As a Head Start parent while earning her Associate Degree in Human Services from Washington County Community College, Tracy experienced firsthand the positive impact Community Action programs can have on families. That experience inspired her passion for helping families overcome barriers, achieve stability, and build stronger futures. She later earned a Bachelor of Science in Mental Health and Human Services from the University of Maine at Augusta and completed her Master of Business Administration at Husson University in 2026. Tracy is passionate about collaboration, staff development, and creating opportunities for individuals and families to thrive. She believes strong communities are built through partnerships, innovation, and a commitment to meeting people where they are. Tracy and her husband are proud to call Washington County home and share a blended family of five children.
