Margo Dyer

Margo brings more than 30 years of experience in Human Resources, supporting organizations in retail, for-profit, and non-profit sectors. Her expertise spans talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, training and development, organizational culture, and employee wellness initiatives. She earned her education in Accounting and Business Management from Andover College and holds the SHRM-SCP designation through the Society for Human Resource Management. She is also an active member of both NESHRM (Northern New England Society for Human Resource Management) and SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management). Born and raised in Aroostook County, Margo values hard work, community, and integrity. She is deeply involved in local organizations, currently serving on the board of the Central Aroostook Chamber of Commerce, where she previously served as president. She also serves on the Presque Isle Industrial Council, Presque Isle Development Fund, and the Pregnancy Care Center. For over 20 years, she has volunteered with the Anah Shrine Circus. Margo and her husband live in Aroostook County and enjoy time with their two grown children and seven grandchildren.
